  1. I’m sure lots will disagree, but I gotta say… YUM, coconut!!!

What a great variety, some chocolate, some coconut, some fruity, and some caramel! Can’t wait!

  2. I just made my first dulce de leche from scratch on Monday – how odd – and how perfectly timed for the 23rd. I agree – coconut picks are two of my favorite (although there’s that pastry cream again). I’m already feeling nervous…

  3. i’m so glad people want to do the coconut ones! :) i almost almost picked the coconut custard tart, so i’m so glad someone else picked it so i get to do both!!

  4. I’m excited! Not too much chocolate:)
I’m away until the 6th of March, so will miss the first week, but can’t wait to get home and look these all up.

  5. These all sound delicious, what a great selection! And two coconut recipes in one months?!? Love it..so excited to have an excuse to make something with coconut, yum :)

  6. Fun month! :) I love coconut! I made the raspberry tart about a year ago for a scrapbook retreat but we all agreed it needed more raspberries so I can’t wait to make it again!
