Very good! My only complaint is that the slices are very delicate and want to fall apart. Otherwise, it’s wonderful. I could eat the entire loaf very easily.
I really wanted to do bread, but didn’t have time to let a whole loaf bake and cool, so I had to go with muffins. Although, really, who cares about the shape when they taste so good?
