I made the double apple bundt, and let it rest a day before serving tonight – it was amazing, and whipped cream makes the perfect accompaniment!

Can I brag here? I was just invited to go meet and cook with Dorie at the Washington Post office in October 12th. We have a family friend who is a food editor and knows that I love Dorie. If I can make it, it will be a true Tuesday WITH Dorie!
I love them, all of them! Just the other day one of my co-workers was asking when I was going to make apple pie.
