  1. Oh, those tuiles! Delicious, but not sure I’m up to tackling them again. My smoke alarm can’t take it. Can’t wait for the cardamom crumb cake.

  2. These all sound wonderful-and I can’t wait to use Maple Syrup from Vermont for the tuiles (from Christopher Kimball’s farm, no less) and some cardamom I have had very little use out of to make the crumb cake!!!
