My brand new madeleine pans came yesterday. Pending any major interruptions or issues tomorrow, these are on the agenda. I am so excited!

Mine will be late. Brody came down with the stomach flu Colby just got over. I will not make chocolate fluff filled cookies while he is feeling so bad. That would be torture. Hopefully I can make them tomorrow.
Taste-wise, these exceeded my expectations – delicious:
I will have a huge post up late. I have been traveling, taking care of my sick aunt and job hunting. But I have managed to bake, just not post.

These really were yummy! I ended up caving on the extra filling and dipping time. I just frosted and toasted with the fluff. Totally worth making again (next time I’ll try the filled and chocolate dipped ones!)
Hey ..hey…Vanilla version over here!! So yummy!!
Next time I’d like to make these vanilla flavored with ganache inside and out!

Made in cupcake form with a fluff topping instead of filling!

I filled mine with Nutella (very little Nutella).
