Chestnut flour is not a thing that exists in my area, and the P&Q recommendations also don’t exist here. I improvised and I think it tastes pretty darn okay.
We’ve got chestnut flour in Central Jersey, but we also have 102 degree heat, and I have no air conditioning in my second-floor kitchen, so no baking possible this week :-(
