Delicious – but super rich! Great in very small quantities or topped with toasted coconut to cut through some of the bitterness and ganache-like consistency.

Mine didn’t good smooth; it doesn’t seem like my chocolate melted all the way. Did anyone else have that problem? It’s still great though.
Mine was grainy too Bridget. I am thinking either the chocolate didn’t melt fully, or I churned it too long. Either way, still good.
