I got scared and went too light on the pepper, but they were still good! salt and pepper cocoa shortbread
I am not a fan of Dorie’s cocoa powder recipes, so I subbed with this one: TWD #47 Brown Sugar Pecan Shortbread Cookies they didn’t quite turn out right, but tasted great!
