I couldn’t find plums at the store yesterday (I know they’re still around, I probably just didn’t look hard enough), so I went with raspberries since I had some that needed to be used; hopefully it turns out.
Love, love this cake. I’ve made it with hard fruit and ripe. I always turns out. And that crispy butter bottom… don’t get me started!

This recipe was simple to make and absolutely delicious, especially with vanilla ice cream!
I made it with the plums and it was outstanding! It was so moist and tasty!
