So terribly good. Stone fruit not in season in Australia so I subbed in tart morello jarred cherries. Ended up liked a clatfouti. Perhaps I should nip off and make another for practice now…

I couldn’t find plums at the store yesterday (I know they’re still around, I probably just didn’t look hard enough), so I went with raspberries since I had some that needed to be used; hopefully it turns out.
