Baking with Julia
I did a slightly different version, and it was amazing! How did yours turn out?
Heading out super-early tomorrow morning for a work trip up North and I’m taking a few pieces of this for road-trip food! :) Live at 8a CST!
Super Good- subbed in cherries
I used pears and now I want to make it with all different kinds of fruit. My hubby finished it in just a few days which is totally unusual for him. He could not stop stealing pieces.
I made this about two weeks ago — wish I had some right now! I used fresh peaches instead of plums.
Geez. My name got messed up. It’s Judy.
Scrumptious! Actually managed to find Italian Prune Plums somehow.
Still running a week behind, but I made cookies. got Milk??
I forgot to take a picture, darnit! But I got the cocoa meringues, so there is something to look at :)
I used figs. Delicious!
I did two things this week….first peach….
Jumping back in with this delicious fall dessert!
Very good cake!
I am on vacation in NY so I had to post something else I made before I left. Sorry!!! But I wanted to still stop in and say hi :)

It’s not plum cake but it’s a TWD post and it’s up. I never meant to take such an extended break…
Made it twice!
I’m so happy I picked this for our weekly bake. I loved it and used Italian Plums from my IL’s garden! http://projectdomestication.blogspot.com/2011/09/tuesdays-with-dorie-flip-over-plum-tart.html
