This was deliciously light! When slicing the apples, be sure that the slices are not only thin, but large and wide, as they do shrink quite a bit in the oven.
I really liked this tart too! I echo Valerie’s comments – also, try not to cut the slices too thin, as the edges will get quite dark in the oven. I wound up tenting my tart with foil about 30 minutes into the baking time because some of the apples were getting really toasty around the edges.
