Ciao ! I didn’t know what Italian Plums are (!!) so I used sliced apples and it was divine !
I used canned plums without any problems.
Yeah, fresh plums are no where to be found. I had a quick e-mail chat with Dorie and she said to skip any frozen fruit (plums or peaches) and perhaps sub in pears. That’s what I’ll try!
