Loved your post. We are commenting here, because, for some unknown reason, were unable to comment directly on your post. Like yours, our brownies took an extra 30 minutes to bake. We thought it may be a combination of factors, our high altitude at nearly 7,000 ft., along with our version of this recipe being gluten free. In the end, who knows? The taste, however, was fabulous and well worth the extra steps required. Rhiannon is beautiful.
I have to say, I haven’t participated in awhile. I am back and excited. FYI – I made these brownies before and will be including them in my holiday baking!
