boca negra sounds good to me, and my chocoholic son, Reid.
The Boca Negra *p.253) and the mocha chocolate chip cookies (p. 330) sounds perfect! Also love the brioche pecan sticky buns (p.190)

I know that it takes a bit of planning but the Mixed-Starter Bread on pg 113 is so good! I made it using a piece of the pizza dough and it was amazing!

Focaccia (143-5) sounds great and Boca Negra (253) does sound like a perfect Valentine’s treat.
Having just picked up some Valrhona Ivoire, Boca Negra sounds good.
For the savory, I like the idea of Focaccia.
I’d like to bake Boca Negra for Valentine’s Day. How about savory wheat crackers, pp 163-164. We haven’t made a cracker yet.
Both of those choices sound great- what’s not to love about chocolate anything?

Totally going out on a limb – how about Chocolate-Cinnamon Beignets (page 407), think Valentine’s Day and Fat Tuesday rolled into one and Salsa Quitza (page 440), says it goes with frosty beers, think Super Bowl.
