I love the idea of trying the croissants.

I would also love to make croissants, as this is probably the last ‘cool’ month we’ll have in florida until next winter. can we make them early in the month….as passover gets in the way?

Your not the only one. I am right there with you.
Don’t worry. I’ve made them before. Even if their shape isn’t perfect, they’ll still taste amazing.

I would love to try the croissants! I have 3 weeks until this baby arrives and would love to get that challenge out of the way before my schedule gets thrown all out of whack with a newborn!
