Baking with Julia
Popular opinion ruled on this one.
April 2, 2013 – Rustic Potato loaves, pg 138
April 16, 2013 – Madeleines, pg 334
Now, who wants to host ‘em? First dibs given to those who haven’t hosted yet. Thanks!
It’s time I try this…I’d prefer to host the potato loaves, if possible
I’m preggo and due in early April. I cannot host for April but I promise once I am on my feet again and not dangerous in the kitchen, I will sign up for hosting!
Sharron, all the best!
I can host either recipe. :)

I can host April 2nd
I’d be willing to host Madelines! Will you remind me the requirements?
Anita Olsen Sent from my iPad
I would like to host either :)
my email is pastrybrush at gmail dot com
I can host either one.
I am willing to host either.
I’ve already hosted, but if need me, I’m willing. I ever have Madeline pans!
I mean, EVEN have Madeline pans. Darn phone.
Unfortunately we all know how annoying this auto-correctors are! Ihih “ever” instead of “even” is still “acceptable” but sometimes they come up with think that make me blush! iihih
That’s life :-)
I have hosted, but would love to host again! I would like either recipe, but given the choice would go with the potato loaves :)
I’d gladly host for the rustic potato loaves!
I’d love to host the rustic potato loaves! I am a BREAD-aholic!
I’ve baked them last night and had a couple of slices this morning for breakfast: D E L I C I O U S !!!.
NB: for your info: you don’t need 100% all purpose flour. I’ve substituted part of it with whole wheat and ground flax seeds: sooo good and sooo much more healthy! (Sorry I know it belongs to the P&Q…to excited to wait!
PPS: I couldn’t find the part about “peeling” the potatoes, but I did. I did not want the peel in my bread.)
My mom and I would like to host the Madeleines!
