I am with you all for Country Bread – p. 136. However, if we are to also choose the Chiffon Roll, we will have two recipes that are not so easy and quick to do.

I’ve been absent for awhile. Country bread sounds like a good recipe for me to get back in the groove.
I think the hazelnut baby loaves (p.249) would be a good sweet choice. And Country Bread (p.136) for the savory.
