I’m sure lots will disagree, but I gotta say… YUM, coconut!!!
What a great variety, some chocolate, some coconut, some fruity, and some caramel! Can’t wait!
YAY thanks!!! I LOVE coconut too .. I knew it was risky b/c many don’t .. but I decided to go with something I thought I’d love! :)
i’m looking fwd to march!!!
Excellent choices! Im so excited for TWD in March!
go to it friends… ship me a box
i am soooo excited about the two coconut picks! have been eyeing these for a long time!!
Two tarts! Interesting, considering I’ve never made a tart before…
Mmm, kind of excited about some of these! I love coconut and don’t get to bake with it nearly enough…
I just made my first dulce de leche from scratch on Monday – how odd – and how perfectly timed for the 23rd. I agree – coconut picks are two of my favorite (although there’s that pastry cream again). I’m already feeling nervous…
Wonderful recipes! I’m looking forward to making every single one of them.
I had my Husband pick from a few recipes, because it’ll be his Birthday then! =) (I think we might play around/do a cherry choco tart instead though, not 100% yet).
=)
I’ve already done the raspberry tart http://chocolatemoosey.blogspot.com/2009/06/dories-soft-chocolate-and-berry-tart.html and the tea cake http://chocolatemoosey.blogspot.com/2008/08/put-lime-in-coconut.html if anybody wants to see the end result. I doubt I’ll do the raspberry tart again bc raspberries aren’t exactly in season (was yummy though!) Really looking forward to doing the coconut custard tart.
Ooh good the tart looks yum! I like seeing a photo of the recipe before I make it. You can always play around like Dorie suggests, using cherries (Trader Joe’s Morello jarred cherries in syrup). Still not sure how I”ll do it.
i’m so glad people want to do the coconut ones! :) i almost almost picked the coconut custard tart, so i’m so glad someone else picked it so i get to do both!!
I’m excited! Not too much chocolate:)
I’m away until the 6th of March, so will miss the first week, but can’t wait to get home and look these all up.
Fun choices- I can’t wait!
These all sound delicious, what a great selection! And two coconut recipes in one months?!? Love it..so excited to have an excuse to make something with coconut, yum :)
Fun month! :) I love coconut! I made the raspberry tart about a year ago for a scrapbook retreat but we all agreed it needed more raspberries so I can’t wait to make it again!
mmmm, coconut custard tart! yeah!
Yay! Fabulous choices.
Coconut, tarts and cookies! I’m all in!
Love these choices. Very excited for the dulce de leche duos.
Oooooh! The Dulce de leche cookies are so good! I made them a few years ago and can’t wait to make them again.
