  1. This is a stupid question, but if you have EG tea bags, can those be substituted for leaves? Not sure I will find any, but wondered if anyone knew how many bags equaled 2 TBS of leaves?

    • mike– i din’t have early grey, but used chai in mine. i made half a recipe and used one chai tea bag. i cut the bag open and sprinkled out the bits into the butter. i then used a super fine strainer to remove the bits. worked fine and was very flavorful
