This is kind of incredible and I’m still trying to imagine it, but on Tuesday, January 10, from 2:40 until 3 pm EST, I am going to be a guest on NPR’s Talk of the Nation with Neal Conan and the talk is going to be about TWD!! Can’t wait to hear it!
I just listened to the segment and it was wonderful to hear Dorie’s very upbeat voice! I called in and was all queued up to talk, but they ran out of time. Besides talking about how wonderful the experience has been, I wanted to ask Dorie if she has a special tool or technique for cutting chocolate. Any ideas? I use a sharp knife and a block of good chocolate. Pretty satisfying but I’m afraid the knife might slip with disastrous results.
