Thanks to everyone who offered to host. Your chance will come soon!
Congrats to the hosts and especially my buddy Maggie!
Hurray for strawberry season! And thanks for the chance to host.
I had just finished eating Indian food (including naan) for dinner when I found out I’m hosting the Oasis naan! So excited for this recipe.
Thanks! So excited to host!
Since Oasis Naan calls for the same dough as Persian Naan, I made and blogged the Persian Naan.
I’ll post the Oasis Naan next week, complete with the full recipe. I’ll try to get the post up by Monday at the latest, so people can link to it in their posts.
Ones write-up is excellent! I actually treasured examining the item. Thank you for every one of your operate.
does anyone have a suggestion for easy indian food to make with the naan?
chana masala is fabulous! it’s a vegetarian chickpea curry, and smitten kitchen has a good recipe
that’s a great idea.
Thanks!
I made butter chicken (recipe from Allrecipes). It was easy and delicious, too.

Made this delicious Naan two ways…Hot Oven beyond delicious!!!!! and on Hot Stone on the BBQ….something didn’t work there. The Naan almost tasted like a NYC Bialy oniony with caraway seeds.
Made the Oasis Naan with a simple Indian recipe out of potato cookbook. Interesting outcome. No complaints. .
Sounds like we need our P&Q post!

I’m on to genoise since I’ll be in Istanbul for two weeks….has anyone made a genoise in a food processor? Haven’t made one for a while, but do you think it will get to the ribbon stage in a food processor? THANKS.
