  3. Made this delicious Naan two ways…Hot Oven beyond delicious!!!!! and on Hot Stone on the BBQ….something didn’t work there. The Naan almost tasted like a NYC Bialy oniony with caraway seeds.

  4. I’m on to genoise since I’ll be in Istanbul for two weeks….has anyone made a genoise in a food processor? Haven’t made one for a while, but do you think it will get to the ribbon stage in a food processor? THANKS.
