I started out thinking I didn’t want to mess with all the mixing, folding, melting, whipping … I ended up with the best-ever brownies! Go figure. A keeper recipe mainly because I baked them in mini-muffin tins and not only are they absolutely delicious but they are so cute! :)
Very good, but maybe not the best ever. I have to admit that I kinda like the consistency of those brownie mixes…maybe I overbaked?
Not so much. I have a different favorite recipe also on my blog. Oh well!
Julia Child won’t probably agree with me messing up her recipe :-)
…It turned out fine.
from the few posts I’ve read thus far, everyone got good fudgy brownies. I got tall cake. what gives?
Husband and I liked them, but we agreed that they really weren’t “best-ever.” I like my grandmother’s Christmas brownies a lot better, and husband thought they were good but wasn’t that impressed. He took the pan of them to work and brought quite a bit home – that never happens! Oh, well.
This is my second time baking them. The first time I kept checking them and baked an extra 10 minutes. This time I left them alone and took them out at 29 minutes….too gooey in the middle, I worry they are not cooked.

They are definitely the best I’ve ever made! And, I’d make them again!
Very, very good. I added about 7 minutes baking time. They were chewy, rich and most delicious.
Tasted good, but not my best ever brownie.
