This was not a winner at our house. We do love ginger but the molasses was just overpowering. We can’t eat it and it was so cute. I made half a recipe and cooked it in a mini bundt pan.

Unable to comment on your site. Your cake looks delicious! Unfortunately it was a disappointment here too. The molasses was way too strong for a lot of us. Even the boys at the shop left them nearly untouched!
