Well, I was going to pass on this recipe until I watched the video. I’m quite intrigued of the “kneading” of the dough – 800 to 850 turns! Will I lose count? More than likely. And in the end, looks so delicious – and my husband is a bread man… Will attempt this by hand. Hope I can find the fresh yeast.
