We’re scurrying around firming up details and plans. For now, here’s what you need to know to bake along: We’ll be baking two recipes per month. We’ll nominate/choose recipes the previous month (i.e. – nominate recipes in November that we’ll bake in December). We post on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. We ask that you do not post the recipe on your blog. There is NO sign-up and no minimums to be a member. Bake and post when you can. If you have any questions you can send us an email at tuesdayswithdorie at gmail dot com.
The book is being published October 28. Make sure you pre-order to get yours on time!
Can’t wait to get involved again!
Can’t wait!
I just pre-ordered my copy! :)
Yay to all of the comments!
This is great. I haven’t been baking with the group for a bit, but am hoping to get back into it. And this new book is pulling me back. Will be ordering this today!
I really want to join this group…I just redid my kitchen…and it wants me to bake again..thanks Kelly Ellis
Ahhhh, just what I need to motivate me to jump back in! Summer was completely crazy, and my time was filled with other activities. :)
I hadn’t yet decided whether or not to participate in this group but the book – which I received yesterday – has convinced me to join in. It’s gorgeous and I want to make everything!
Looking forward to baking with everyone next month…
Where did you order your book from. It’s not supposed to be released until the end of October? Lucky duck!! :)
I ordered from Chapters.Indigo in Canada. I often receive my pre-ordered books early though they don’t appear in the stores until the release date. It’s strange that Amazon would ship so late. I’ve never ordered a book from Amazon.ca…..for sure I’ll stick with Chapters now ;)!
I just received mine today from Chapters/Indigo! It’s great!
I was just notified by amazon that my book won’t arrive until the first full week of November. I hope it is in time for the first recipe.
Me too.
Me three! I’m to receive my copy between Nov. 10th and 17th. I really hope it arrives in time for the first recipe, but glad to hear that I’m not the only one receiving it later!
Margaret, my book is due the first week of November. I will be happy to email it to you if you like. ~Cathy
Oh, never mind! I just read it will be available to us later. Thanks, Jules!
Thanks anyway, Cathleen! I really appreciate that you offered! :)
The first recipe is one that was posted on the internet (I’ll leave off the specifics for a bit), so you’ll be able to easily bake along. The second recipe is strictly from the book.
Good to know, Jules. Thanks
I’m in. Book’s ordered, of course. Excited. Julie and Laurie, should I put my Tuesdays with Dorie badge back up on my site or will there be a Chez Moi badge?
We’re working on a new badge, Mary, but in the meantime the old one works just fine!

My book was delivered yesterday and it is a beauty. Looking forward to some new goodies, Dorie style.
I just got mine too! And stayed up late looking through it and drooling! :)
I’d love to join this group! Very excited to meet Dorie this evening in Seattle at Book Larder and found out about the group. What a wonderful way to work through the book! Jeannette
