  1. I have made these and I do have a hint: if you’re planning on glazing them, do not, under any circumstances, taste them first. You will not have any left to glaze – they are that good!

  2. Make sure you keep them small (mine started a little too large) and make sure they get a lovely brown around the edges. That really does contribute significantly to taste and visual appeal. These have been a hit around here.
