BWJ P&Q: Brioche

I feel like we’ve already made this recipe several times, but turns out we haven’t yet done the straight-up têtes or loaves.  Here’s the place to leave questions, comments or advice!

  1. I always love this recipe – the dough is a dream to work with.
    My pan was larger, so I made one decent sized tete. I would make sure to keep an eye on the color early on and cover with foil if getting too dark
