  1. she says something about not using granola with dried fruit bc it dries out more when baking…can you pluck them out? it’s only a cup’s worth. that said, i bake cookies and stuff with dried fruit all the time and it’s fine if the fruit is plump and not old.

  2. Hi Steph, I agree with you on the granola cake. It looks and tasted more like a blondie to me too. I was expecting a cake, and thought that I did something wrong with the mixing! But this “cake-blondie” is tasty!
