for the parm toasts, she says to use shredded parm and that grated won’t work the same way. does that mean i need a store-bought tub of pre-shredded? what are you using??
I was going to see if I could shred my TJ Parmesan cheese, it usually is so dry and crumbly.
so maybe grating on box grater rather than microplane fluff will be good. i don’t want to buy pre-shredded.
did the cheese on the large holes of my box grater and i think that worked fine

I grated mine on a box grater and it seemed to be ok. Mine are nearly done baking and are not golden brown yet…
