I have not made Parisian Macarons before so any advice would be helpful.
Dorie’s are the Italian meringue method though, I use French meringue method 99% of the time. Actually haven’t made ANY macarons for months. Fingers crossed!
i think mardi is our mac expert, and she has a good write-up on her blog to refer to. cloudykitchen.com often makes them, too, and has many posts with tips and flavor ideas.
Just curious Steph if there will be a new cookbook we will use to replace BCM when we finish next month.
