This is so great – we actually posted the FIRST recipe from BCM around the exact same date in Nov 2014 (!). Question: Do you think I can make a Covid Minified edition of this? With teaching 3-4 cooking classes a week from home I have SO much food I’m juggling (and giving away) so I’m minifying where I can. What do you think Steph?
i did a half recipe as a 6-inch cake and it worked fine, so i don’t see why not. i skipped making the sugar syrup and brushed it with booze instead.
Great! Was going to do 1/3 or half of the recipe to make 2 small (4-inch) cakes. Gotta go out with a minified recipe, right?
