I am going to recommend a change. The Caramel-Sugar Pufflets use 1/2 recipe sour cream puff dough. The other recipe that used 1/2 recipe sour cream puff dough is Sour Cream Everything Seed knots(444). Is there an advantage to making two recipes with same dough?
