    I’m going to try to keep up with you. I’m a great fan of Dories.
    My English muffins turned out good. I refrigerated the dough overnight and it was easy to handle. I appreciated that Dorie gave what temp the grill should be at.

  5. I have a question…. I chose to make the English Muffins first this month. My dough seem a little stiff and was not sticky, like suggested in the recipe. Is anybody else working with stiff dough? I thinkI should have decreased my flour.

  7. I am like Pamela, I haven’t baked with this group either for a long time and I am so excited to be bake. My Granddaughter and I made the English muffins and they were fantastic. I posted lots of photos on my blog.
