  2. The swirled,spiced sour cream cake was loved in my family. I didn’t have whole wheat flour so used Spelt. The swirl came looking good and the crumb was nice and moist. Combination of spices was just right with none overpowering. Baked in 60 minutes in my oven.
    A bit late here due to health reasons.

  3. Glenorchy Flapjacks. I was so surprised on how much my family liked them. I think it’s the crystallized ginger that makes them. They were kind of hard to cut but after cutting and fridge time they hold together well. Will be making them again.
