how about the macarons (p 312) before it becomes nonstop heat and humidity? it’s the same recipe as in BCM, so you can always link back to that if you don’t want to try them a second time.

I am in for Macarons also. So I checked my book. I made French Vanilla Sables on 7/4/17. Did we make these as a group?
sort of…our post that day (7/4/17) was the classic jammers, which use the sablé dough for their base. we made them as a component, but not as a stand-alone cookie, so i left them on the list. thoughts on that?
If we want to make them stand alone it is fine with me.
