We don’t yet have Dorie’s Cookies and Kindness selection for January, but I did want to post that one of our recipes to welcome 2017 will be World Peace Cookies (pages 335-337).
We bake from DC on first and third Tuesdays of the month.
I’ll update with our second recipe soon…a very Happy New Year to everyone! xoxo
***UPDATE – funny enough, the #cookiesandkindness recipe comes from Baking Chez Moi! It’s her Olive Oil and Wine Cookies.
Feel free to make and share this one, but since it’s not from DC, our second selection will be Breakfast Biscotti (page 98). This was Dorie’s #cookiesandkindness recipe from October. If you already made and blogged about the biscotti at that time, recycling or linking to an older post is, of course, just fine.
A couple of recipes to get us into the holiday spirit:
Pfefferneusse– pages 233-35
Christmas Spice Cookies– pages 236-238
We bake from Dorie’s Cookies on first and third Tuesdays of the month. You can bake and post either recipe for either week.
** The Pfefferneusse cookies are also Dorie’s own Cookies & Kindness recipe selection for December. If you post on social media (for either cookie, as a matter of fact), feel free to use the hashtag #cookiesandkindness on your pictures. Also tag them with #Dories_Cookies, #DoriesCookies and @doriegreenspan…she will love to see what we make!
