Even though the days inside seem long, time keeps on ticking, and it’s almost May! Here’s our plan for the month…but if for any week, you don’t have the right stuff on hand, or you would rather do a Rewind from one of the four Dorie books we’ve done, go for it!

BCM: April Recipes and P&Q

Hi! We do have a Rewind this week, but I wanted to go ahead and post our April plan. Since most of us sound fine to roll with the nominated recipes, let’s do that. I know some of us are on lockdown, some are self-isolating and some aren’t able to find special baking ingredients at the moment. For next month, do you want to proceed with the nominated DC and BCM recipes, or would you rather take a breather and maybe do a rewind April, posting catch-ups for either book on the Tuesdays we can (or feel like it)?
