Made 1 onion confit pizza and one was enough…good, but enough. Used the rest of the dough for a bread that one was not enough…worked well. Interested to see what you all think.

This was a great pizza! I just made one pizza as the onions cooked in wine and vinegar was alittle, well, was not sure how it would taste. But it was wonderful! Our dairy goats are dry right now, expecting babies in April, so the goat cheese was store bought! OK too! I added alittle goat feta and hooray! This one my family wants again this week end! Thanks to our host for great pixs and commentary!
