I’m sad I didn’t get to these this week, I will soon. But…I did make Dorie’s Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble again, this time with garden fresh rhubarb.
It was beyond delicious! Hubby said it was the best dessert I have ever made. I’ve made a lot of desserts in the 35 years we’ve been married.
If you skipped the rhubarb try it while it is in season. I’ve never liked rhubarb–too sour but this was amazing.
Realized too late last night I didn’t have any cornmeal, so I made the apple tart finally (as hand pies). I’m excited to get to the store and try these cookies, they sound wonderful!
