This wasn’t hard, but it took a really long time, seemed like longer than other breads. I started at 4 pm (after refrigerating overnight) and the bread didn’t come out of the oven until 9!

Seemed like a good basic recipe, and I agree that it is foolproof. It seems like a lot of yeast for one loaf of bread, but I guess the long rise used it all up.
