If you baked this week, leave your link here!
I know some of us are on lockdown, some are self-isolating and some aren’t able to find special baking ingredients at the moment. For next month, do you want to proceed with the nominated DC and BCM recipes, or would you rather take a breather and maybe do a rewind April, posting catch-ups for either book on the Tuesdays we can (or feel like it)? Either way works for me…let me know what you think. I hope you are all well. xoxo

Thanks for asking Steph, that is very nice of you. I voted for recipes in which I had ingredients on hand. I am okay with making new or rewind. What ever the group wants. I am definitely cooking and baking, what else is there to do:)
Hi Steph, I am happy to forge ahead with new recipes.
This week, I bring you Panna Cotta:

Thank you for asking. I’m okay with making new or rewind.
I’m up for whatever baking comes my way.

i skipped this week‘s panna cotta bc i can’t figure out how to successfully use agar in place of gelatin. boo—the flavor combo is one i’d really like
Steph turn your panna cotta into a pot de cream using nutella and banana. It should work.

Thanks Steph! I was going to suggest also, if you can’t find ingredients, just post something you were able to bake, even not from our cookbook, so we can all keep participating on some level during this time. 😃

I didn’t make the panna cotta yet but will do for he rewind next week. I’m ok with whatever – baking the assigned recipes or whatever we can! Thanks for asking!
I would love a rewind/favorites/‘what’s in my pantry’ month.
