A three-fer today. Successful cream scones, a successful decorated cake, and some terribly unsuccessful oatmeal scones as a make-up from a botched TWD in May.
I was going to add currants but the instructions left out when to add them (obviously right before you put them into disks) but I forgot too. Either way, quite lovely. Finally getting my scone technique down.
