Can’t wait to see who braved this and how they turned out!
You can get to the recipe at Amanda’s blog: Girl+Food=Love
A labor of love! and butter!
Three days to make, minutes to be consumed. Sigh.
A good learning experience…I’ll do better next time
been out of town-running late and will be up later this week!
They were worth it!
Didn’t have a huge success with these.
Ugh! Sorry for the error post here. I messed up my cutting and pasting!

I hope its ok to post here.
I’m glad we made these – they were wonderful. Well worth the effort!
I. Made. Croissants!! And they came out!!!
While these croissants were absolutely wonderful it would have taken less time to take the Thalys to Paris to buy some at a pâtisserie there and bring them back home than to bake them myself!
Worth the effort!
Ohhhh, butter! Heavenly, but such effort required. :)
Will have to catch up. Have taxes to do before baking! I’ll post sometime soon!
Mine went wrong I’m afraid! Nice pain au chocolat but croissant disaster…same dough though…very odd…
Wow! Sorry to be late!
