I’m glad we made these – they were wonderful. Well worth the effort!
I. Made. Croissants!! And they came out!!!
While these croissants were absolutely wonderful it would have taken less time to take the Thalys to Paris to buy some at a pâtisserie there and bring them back home than to bake them myself!
Worth the effort!
Ohhhh, butter! Heavenly, but such effort required. :)
Will have to catch up. Have taxes to do before baking! I’ll post sometime soon!
Mine went wrong I’m afraid! Nice pain au chocolat but croissant disaster…same dough though…very odd…
